Ideal for offices, showrooms, and smaller cafés with moderate daily use.

  • 2 annual service visits: Comprehensive technical inspection of espresso machine, grinder, and water system.
  • Wear parts included: Replacement of group gaskets and filter screens (shower heads) at each visit.
  • Water & scale control: Testing of water hardness (dH) to ensure optimal filter protection.
  • 48-hour weekday support: Guaranteed technician on-site within 48 hours in case of downtime.

Premium (1,295,-/month)

Tailored for busy cafés, restaurants, and large businesses.

  • 4 annual quarterly visits: Proactive and thorough service of all equipment during high operation.
  • Complete grinder optimization: Disassembly, cleaning of coffee oils, wear check of blades, and precise calibration.
  • Full filter management: We monitor water consumption. Replacement and generation of scale filters happen automatically (cartridge billed separately).
  • 24/7 Emergency support: Priority dispatch within 24 hours – every day of the week (including weekends and holidays).

B2B terms in brief

  • Descaling Guarantee & Filter Requirements: Requires connection to an active and BloomVik-approved descaling filtration system for full component coverage.
  • Own Responsibility: Includes daily routine cleaning (backflushing with cleaning powder and grinder cleaning). Blockages due to lack of cleaning will be invoiced separately.
  • Spare Parts: For urgent faults outside of visits, the fixed discount applies (5% / 10%). If the machine is under factory warranty (e.g., new Slayer or Faema), the spare part itself is covered by the warranty.
