At BloomVik, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. We offer a simple, transparent return and refund process – with an additional 30-day right of withdrawal beyond the legal minimum.

Right of Withdrawal (30 days)

You have a 30-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the item (or the last item in an order). You can cancel the purchase without giving a reason and receive a full refund (minus shipping costs, unless the error is on our part).

Exceptions – no right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Custom-made or personalized products – including most items from the brands Santoker, Faema, Slayer, Iberital, and Casadio (these are often special orders/high-value and fall under the Consumer Contracts Act exception for personalized goods, §18 section 2 no. 3).
  • Gift cards, digital products, or items with hygiene seals (e.g., mouthpieces if broken).

If the item is defective or incorrect, the warranty applies (2 years) – contact us for exchange/refund at no cost to you.

How to cancel/return (for items with right of withdrawal)

  1. Request a return: Send an email to kontakt@bloomvik.dk within 30 days with your order number and reason (optional).
  2. Approval: We will send a return label and instructions (usually within 24 hours).
  3. Return the item: Send it back within 14 days after the request. The item must be:
    • Unused and in the same condition as when received.
    • With all tags, manuals, and original packaging.
  4. Shipping: You pay the return shipping (unless defective/error on our part). Use a trackable shipment – we do not reimburse lost packages.

Uncollected packages

If the package is not collected and returned to us:

  • Reshipment: Subject to a shipping fee of 39 DKK.
  • Refund: Purchase price minus original shipping (and return shipping).

Refund

When we receive and approve the item (within a few days), we will refund within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. Bank/card processing may take extra time. Original shipping is only refunded if the error is on our part.

Exchange

Want to exchange? Return the item as above and place a new order – we are working on a simpler process.

Transport damage, shortage, or damaged items

To ensure compensation from GLS/UPS/DHL:

  1. Check the item immediately upon receipt (no later than 5 business days).
  2. Note visible damage on the carrier’s scanner/tablet or refuse acceptance.
  3. Contact us immediately at kontakt@bloomvik.dk with:
    • Order number
    • Photos of damage + packaging (with label visible)
  4. We report to the carrier (deadline 5 days) – if you report later, the right to compensation is lost.
  5. We cover return shipping and send a new item/full refund – no cost to you.

Common defective items (not transport damage)

Contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos – we handle quickly (repair, exchange, or refund at no cost).
