Welcome to BloomVik.dk! When you visit our website or shop with us, you accept the following terms and conditions. These apply to all visitors, users, and customers. We recommend that you read them carefully.

2. General terms

To shop on BloomVik.dk, you must be 18 years or older or have guardian consent. We reserve the right to refuse orders or service without reason, in accordance with the right to free trade.

3. Accuracy of information

We strive for accurate and up-to-date information on BloomVik.dk. We reserve the right for typos, price changes, sold-out items, and technical errors. In case of errors, we will contact you as soon as possible to correct them.

4. Products and services

We offer premium coffee equipment and related products. We reserve the right to change the assortment or discontinue products without notice. Product images closely match the physical product, but there may be small variations (e.g., subtle logo). Manuals are primarily in English – contact us for help or Danish translation.

5. Prices and payment

All prices are in DKK including VAT and any customs/import duties. International customers can view/try payment in EUR or other currencies at checkout (exchange rate applies). The final DKK price applies at the time of purchase.

Payment via:

  • Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)
  • MobilePay
  • Installment payment (Klarna, Anyday, Viabill)
  • International cards

All transactions are secured with encryption. Price changes do not apply to confirmed orders. Refunds use the current exchange rate without extra fees.

6. Delivery

We strive to deliver within the specified time (1–3 days DK, 3–10 days international). Delays may occur due to transport or stock. Customs/duties are included in the price – no extra costs upon receipt. Read more in our delivery policy.

7. Right of withdrawal & returns

You have 30 days right of withdrawal from receipt (beyond the legal 14 days). Does not apply to custom-made or tailored products (e.g., most from Santoker, Faema, Slayer, Iberital, Casadio – see exception in the Consumer Contracts Act §18 subsection 2 no. 3), gift cards, or items with broken hygiene seals.

The item must be unused, in original condition with labels and packaging. You pay return shipping (unless fault is ours). See details in our refund policy.

8. Warranty & complaints

2 years warranty on manufacturing and material defects (Danish Sale of Goods Act). Report defects to kontakt@bloomvik.dk with order number, description, and pictures – we handle quickly (repair, replacement, or refund). Manufacturer warranty may apply additionally – see product description.

8.1 Transport damage & shortage

Check the package immediately upon receipt (no later than 5 business days after delivery – GLS deadline):

  • Visible damage: Note on the carrier's scanner or refuse delivery.
  • Hidden damage/shortage: Contact us immediately with pictures (damage + packaging with label) and order number.

We report to the shipping company within 5 days – later reports forfeit the right to compensation. With timely contact, we cover return shipping and send a new item/full refund.

9. User comments & feedback

By submitting comments/reviews, you grant BloomVik the right to use and publish the content freely without compensation.

10. Intellectual property rights

All content (text, images, logos) is protected by copyright and belongs to BloomVik or partners. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

11. Limitation of liability

BloomVik is not liable for indirect losses/damages from use of products or the site, unless mandatory law requires it. Liability is limited to the purchase amount.

12. Changes to terms

We may update the terms – the latest version applies from publication on BloomVik.dk.

14. Special terms for business customers (B2B)

For transactions between businesses (B2B), the above terms and conditions apply with the following modifications and exceptions, which always take precedence:

  • Prices: Prices in offers, invoices, and business correspondence may be stated excluding VAT, unless otherwise specifically indicated.
  • Right of Withdrawal and Return Policy: No right of withdrawal or return applies to business purchases (B2B). Orders for machines, roasters, and professional equipment are binding upon order confirmation and cannot be canceled.
  • Complaints & Spare Parts Warranty: A 1-year complaint period applies from the delivery date. Business customers have a strict duty to inspect and must complain in writing about any defects no later than 3 business days after receipt or discovered fault. The warranty exclusively covers the delivery of defective spare parts (Parts Warranty). Labor, travel, installation, transport costs, and technician hours related to the replacement are at the buyer's own expense.
  • Limitation of Liability (Operational Loss): BloomVik (Leaves) can under no circumstances be held liable for indirect losses, including operational loss, lost profit, lost revenue, data loss, or other financial consequential losses that the buyer may suffer due to delayed delivery, machine breakdown, or defective spare parts. BloomVik's total liability can never exceed the amount the buyer has paid for the specific item.

15. Service and Maintenance Agreements

BloomVik offers fixed service and maintenance agreements for both coffee roasters and espresso equipment (Standard and Premium). The following general terms apply to these agreements:

  • Separate Contract: A service agreement only takes effect when there is a separate, written, and signed service contract between BloomVik and the customer. The specific terms of the contract (including response times and prices) always take precedence.
  • Commitment and Termination: All service agreements are entered into with a non-cancellable commitment period of 12 months, unless otherwise agreed in writing in the contract. Termination must be made in writing with the applicable notice period.
  • Payment Terms and Default: Service agreements are invoiced monthly in advance (or annually in advance by agreement). In case of non-payment or late payment, BloomVik reserves the right to immediately suspend all technical support, emergency calls, and preventive visits, without releasing the customer from the payment obligation during the commitment period.
