At BloomVik, we work to ensure fast, secure, and hassle-free delivery of your premium coffee equipment – whether it’s a compact home roaster or a full café setup. Here you get a clear overview of delivery options, costs, and expected times.
Delivery Areas
We deliver to Denmark, the entire EU, and selected international destinations (including Greenland, Norway, Switzerland, and more). If your address is not available at checkout, contact us at kontakt@bloomvik.dk – we often find a solution (e.g., via DHL/UPS).
Delivery Methods and Times
We partner with GLS, UPS, and DHL for secure delivery. Times are indicative and start from dispatch (after packing, typically 1–2 business days):
- Denmark:
- Standard (GLS): 1–3 business days.
- Express (if available): 1 business day (ordered before 12:00 noon).
- EU & International: 3–10 business days (depending on destination; longer for e.g., Greenland or overseas).
Delays may occur due to holidays, customs (outside the EU), or high demand. Exact estimates are shown at checkout and on the product page.
Shipping Costs
- Free delivery on orders over 800 DKK (Denmark and internationally – applies to most destinations).
- Under 800 DKK: Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout based on weight, size, and destination. The price is clearly shown before payment.
Cafés and larger orders can get pallet delivery or customized shipping – contact us for a quote.
Order Confirmation and Tracking
You will receive confirmation by email with all details. Upon dispatch, we send a tracking number (track via GLS/UPS/DHL link). Contact us if you do not have tracking within 2 business days after dispatch.
Transport Damage and Shortages – Important Information
To ensure compensation from the carrier (GLS/UPS/DHL):
- Check the package upon receipt/pickup – note visible damage on the carrier’s scanner/tablet or refuse acceptance.
- Check the contents immediately (no later than the same day or next).
- Notice damage/shortage? Contact us within 5 business days after delivery at kontakt@bloomvik.dk with:
- Order number
- Photos of the damage, the entire packaging (with label visible)
- Description
This 5-day deadline is strict from the carriers – later reports mean no compensation. If contacted on time, we cover return shipping fully and send a replacement or refund immediately (as with defects).
Uncollected Packages
If the package is returned (due to non-collection, incorrect address, refused acceptance):
- We will contact you promptly.
- Reshipment: Subject to a shipping fee of 39 DKK (or actual costs internationally).
- Refund: Purchase price minus original shipping (and return shipping).
Check the address when ordering and pick up within the deadline (typically 7–10 days). We send reminders via email/SMS if possible.
Customs and Duties
- Denmark & EU: Prices include VAT – no extra charges.
- Outside the EU: Customs/import duties are calculated at checkout (final price). Unexpected costs? Contact us – we’ll help.
Delays or Issues
If delivery is delayed or does not arrive: Contact us with your order number at kontakt@bloomvik.dk. We investigate and respond within 24–48 hours on business days. For lost packages: Compensation or full refund at no extra cost.
