Our service agreements ensure that your espresso machine, grinder, and water system always perform at their best, deliver consistent top quality in the cup, and are fully protected against limescale.

Standard Office

  • Price per month: 595,- DKK (Excl. VAT)
  • Target group: Small offices and showrooms with moderate daily consumption.
  • Service visits: 2 annual proactive service visits, where everything is thoroughly tested.
  • Wear parts: Fully included (including replacement of group gaskets and filter screens).
  • Response to faults: We will be at your address within 48 hours on weekdays.

Premium Office

  • Price per month: 1,295 DKK (Excl. VAT)
  • Target group: Larger, dynamic establishments with constant activity and high demand at the coffee station.
  • Service visits: 4 quarterly visits per year with in-depth technical cleaning and optimization.
  • Wear parts: Included, as well as complete grinder optimization (disassembly, cleaning, and blade check).
  • Emergency response: Urgent support and prioritized response within 24 hours – 24/7/365.
