How to use APAX LAB (Instructions)
No chemistry degree is needed to master APAX LAB. The set is incredibly easy and intuitive to use, and the concentrates can be used in two ways:
Shake the bottle well before use.
Pre-brewing (Adding to water): Start with demineralized, distilled, or very soft water (ideally under 30 ppm). Then add 3 to 4 grams of your chosen APAX LAB mineral concentrate per liter of water to build your brewing water from scratch.
Post-brewing (Directly in the cup): Add 1 to 10 drops directly into your finished brewed filter coffee or espresso (based on a standard cup of about 200 ml) and stir. Taste drop by drop!
Tip for your first experiment: Brew a cup of coffee with demineralized water and divide it into four small cups. Let one cup be a control cup without additives, and add a few drops of TONIK, JAMM, and LYLAC to the other three. This is the fastest and most fascinating way to taste the minerals' direct effect on the coffee's flavor profile!
