This compact unit combines industrial raw power with intelligent software, making your coffee roasting 100% odor- and smoke-free.

The SK-1 is specifically designed for coffee roasters with a capacity of up to 1 kg. While traditional afterburners consume huge amounts of energy, the SK-1 uses advanced catalytic technology to remove smoke at extremely low temperatures, saving you both electricity and excess heat in the roastery.

Thermocatalytic magic: Cleaning at only 200°C

Traditional smoke combustion often requires temperatures between 600°C and 800°C. Thanks to the specially developed honeycomb catalyst, the SK-1 achieves the same result at just 200°C – 300°C.

  • The process: The smoke is oxidized and converted into harmless water vapor and CO2.
  • The result: The dense white smoke disappears completely. Only a minimal scent of "warm stones" remains, which is far less than the smell from a single 100g roast without a filter.
  • Deep Cleaning Mode: When roasting ends, the SK-1 automatically switches to maximum intensity for 30 seconds to handle the large amount of smoke from the cooling phase.
